Our main focus is the Learning and Development market, with our tool helping L&D professionals from around the world save time and money when creating top quality video content.

We are working with startups, SMEs, and international brands — BDO, P&G, BASF or BMW — to facilitate their video creation processes and increase the engagement of their followers.

Currently we are looking for (job title) reporting to (job title + name + linked in profile of hiring manager) to help us build the best solution for our L&D customers!


Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth by developing relationships, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Given the nature of the role, you will work closely with all of our functional teams (especially Marketing and Product) but primarily with the Sales team.

Most of the opportunities you will be working with will be sourced by an SDR or yourself via our self-served product. It’s extremely important to have a product mindset, so you can deliver value to our leads before they even become customers.


Responsibilities
  • Be a consultative partner to provide prospects best AI video creation practices
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Manage inbound from our waitlist and generate pipeline from our hand-raisers via the product
  • Help build out and refine our sales process and playbook
  • Constantly capture and synthesize product feedback from our customers; make product recommendations based on this feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.


Qualifications
  • You have 5+ years of carrying a quota and closing 6-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise customers
  • You are passionate about evangelizing Colossyan
  • You read the Product-Led Sales Playbook and know all the details of Product-led Sales
  • You are empathetic and highly driven to make customers successful
  • You have a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures
  • You’re excited to create and shape the sales playbook
  • You've been a first or early hire at a fast growing start up before

  • You've got a content creation background
